Our Story

Plaza Las Américas has been a part of the lives of several generations of Puerto Ricans. Opened in 1968, Plaza has grown and changed as the needs of its customers have evolved. Expanded three times, Plaza is literally at The Center of it All, the phrase that has been a part of the Plaza logo for many years. A great place to see and be seen, Plaza welcomes customers from all over Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, plus visitors vacationing or on business from all over the world.
